Major 2-stager. Stage 1, into and over my Undependable Depend, down the left pant leg, and onto a towel that I laid out in time to avoid mopping. Stage 2, after cleanup, into the toilet.
Not as bad as yesterday, but not exactly healthy or sane, either. Quarter of a burger, dipped in BBQ sauce, pepperoni pizza, pesto spinach pizza, bites of crackers here and there, an old Dora popsicle, and rice cake w/honey & pb.
