Xmastime again. Bright red distributed through dim green. Transverse colon, which is where this feels like it originated, is still irritated.

Gassy & still feeling raw.

Gaseous (and therefore somewhat urgent) w/some bright b.

Cbg w/great discomfort from the gas and a spot of bright b in the loo.

Pain is milder still. Dark brown w/no b or g.

Just for the record, did not do cortenema yesterday. Was feeling too sensitive to want that plastic nozzle poking around. If I feel less sore later today, willl give it another go.
